Hey there Familia we noticed that no one has posted anything in awhile so we thought maybe it was time to post something new. Well, Everyone is excited about the ending of the school year and can't wait for vacation time to start. so basically we haven't been up to much but just thought it would be nice to post something new and fresh.

I wanted to let you all know that we are doing great here in Hawaii. It is hard to believe that it has been over a month now since we were together in California. I am also wondering if anyone is reading this blog. I tried to do an entry but I think I did it wrong because it shows up differently. Hmmmmm? Anyways, I have finished my first week of teaching. It has been both rewarding and challenging. Although we do work in teams it can be a challenge for a new teacher, like me, to know how pull it all together. It is a good thing that there are coaches and mentors to help me out.

Kyle is also doing well. He is in 2nd grade and is learning how to adjust to a new school. His teacher has him sitting between two girls and they help him stay on top of things. He has also recently went to the eye doctor and will be getting new glasses soon. So make sure to keep up with the blog to see pictures of him and his new specs.

Holly is also busy helping Kyle with school work and is looking into working for the same school district that I am in. She has been offered a part time position and is waiting to hear results of a full time position. I am sure in the next couple weeks it will be interesting to see what comes of it.

I should mention that for those living in Stockton we still have the cell phone numbers from Stockton so feel free to call anytime. Well except any time before 8am since we are three hours behind CA. Thats it for now. I hope this works?

The Cat is Back!

Our cat Jack as most of you know was given to a new owner after he was injured by our car. Just a week ago though Heidi's sister Laura was at petco and saw Jack there for adoption. She called and asked us if we wanted him and we werent quite sure but in the end said yes. As soon as he came home we double checked to make sure it was him. He passed his dead trick thank goodness and he is back to waking Victoria up at 6 am in time for seminary so he is getting her ready to seminary. He is happy to be home and we are gald to have him back.

Becky and Jason's House

Hey everyone! Looks like no one has posted for a while so we thought we would post what we did this weekend. Mark, Heidi and Victoria Helped Becky and Jason Redo their floors with pergo and tile. They did a good job. It was a lot of work and took a while but it turned out great in the end. Here are some pictures of the floor and us working. Enjoy!

Hi Everyone!
Last week Austin , Nathan and I (Lisa) went to see an exhibit at OMSI called Body Worlds. It was interesting and creepy at the same time. It's an exhibit that are of original anatomical real human bodies. People donated their bodies for this. After an hour of looking we were ready to go. It makes me want to be in shape because on the bodies you could see all of the fat and different illnesses or injuries and there were organs with diseases. So it made you want to really take care of your body. If you get a chance to see this in S.F. or Sac. you should go.

Kneeboarding the Delta, June 2007

Here's some video of us kneeboarding in the Delta while we were in town. I tried showing off and AJ did a good job of copying me after only his second time kneeboarding. Nathan had a hard time balancing on the board and so was perfectly happy to just go for a ride. (Notice the absence of Lisa behind the boat. She was happy to go along for the ride and wanted no part of the "dirty" Delta water.)
